A Go library and CLI for anything that runs on Niflheim. It parses
asgard manifests, calls the control-plane HTTP API, and reads secrets
from /var/run/niflheim/secrets. It tracks platform OpenAPI and addon
allowlists so drift shows up early.
 
Without a shared client, every app invents its own
validate/submit/wait loop and guesses at secret paths. The SDK exists
so Shinri, Steward, and catalog authors share one contract with the
control plane and with vaultfetch files at runtime.
