A: It reminds us of days when you could run an entire country's
network infrastructure and banking on hardware and software that
practically has not changed for decades.

A: Well, if you discount the fact that nothing can be easier than a
text-based UI, then you have a link tree option in the top left
corner, which has links to all subpages and brochures.

Q: Do you customise software you deliver based on customer
requirements?
 
A: Yes, it is one of the main reasons why we even offer paid services.
Considering most of our products can be used free of charge when
self-hosted, and are open source, where we generate our revenue is
maintenance and enablement. So yes, we do customise software based on
requirements for those deliveries. Feel free to reach out if you have
any specific requests.

Q: What are your fees / rates?
 
A: That depends on workload, jurisdiction (time zone), availability
and required delivery timelines. At the moment, there are no immediate
flat rates, as the majority of the work we do under paid services is
bespoke to the customer requirements. However, as is standard, you
will receive a quote before any work can start, in case you wish to
use our services, which will be tailored to your individual
requirements.

Q: What countries do you operate in?
 
A: We are a UK-based company, but we are able to take on customers
from other regions too, contingent on prior agreement regarding terms
and conditions. We may not be able to cover your 9-5 if you are in a
significantly different timezone. We would normally take on customers
from +4 to -4 UTC. Anything else would need to be based on work
delivered or pre-arranged times.

Q: Who are your customers?
 
A: We are not targeting Fortune 500 companies for obvious reasons. We
are not equipped to comply with SLAs that multinational companies put
forward for now, and at the same time, these companies are also part
of the problem. They are generally deeply integrated with providers
that make their living off supplying an endless stream of new
problems, so they can sell solutions to them (both hardware and
software vendors). As such, our main focus is SMBs and SMEs. They are
the worst impacted by increasing operational costs, constant vendor
renegotiations, and are most affected by staffing difficulties when it
comes to subject matter experts.

Q: Do you take on pro-bono projects?
 
A: Yes we do, however there is a level of scrutiny that these projects
have to pass first. Please contact us with a short description of your
project, if you wish to ask for our assistance with it. In case we
decide that it fits with our vision and our capacity allows it, we
will reach out to you and organise a follow-up discussion.
