Who it is for

Factors juggle developments, billing rules, owner portals, documents, and debt across too many tools. Steward puts staff and homeowners on one Niflheim-hosted portal. Scotland is first because that is where the rules are fully modeled; other regimes stay placeholders until they are scoped.

What it is

Steward is an open-source factoring platform: developments, apportionment, billing, payments, debt, contracts, suppliers, chat, and reporting. It runs as a multi-workload Niflheim app with its own Keycloak realm and shared Postgres / MinIO / Vault wiring.
