Silo

Offline-friendly office apps for Avalon: mail, docs, sheets, calendar

Who it is for

Avalon users still need everyday office work without shipping mail and calendars to a third-party SaaS suite. Silo is the Optimus office bundle: install the whole suite or only the apps you want, with offline imports as a first-class path.

What it is

Silo is planned as Mail (mbox / export reader), Docs, Sheets, and Calendar on Avalon. Apps share Ikon styling and Avalon storage hooks. Prefer Avalon Postgres and object storage over new SaaS accounts.

What you get

Mail: read offline mailbox exports (Google and other common formats)
Docs: create and edit documents in the Avalon shell
Sheets: create and edit spreadsheets
Calendar: local records, offline extracts, and host calendar hooks where the platform allows
Suite install or per-app Optimus modules

Look and mood

There is no live UI to screenshot yet. The backgrounds are concept art for the intended mood.
